What: Our trained therapists can offer massage and/or reflexology to help combat stress. Our sessions also allow men to meet others in similar situation and gain information. Booking required for our sessions.
Who: Men are welcome to 10 free sessions, at any time from diagnosis to 2 years after end of treatment. Wive/partner/friend is welcome to join you for the first session.
How much: This is a free service though donations are always gratefully received.
Although we have volunteers, we do have costs for the premises, equipment, supplies and extra services needed. We appeciate any support so look out for our fundraising events.
Monthly Self help Group with our Blue Space Counsellor. Held on Tuesdays 7:30-9:30pm at The Pink Place (1st floor, 3 Wote Street)

A chance for men to get information, chat to others in similar situations and help each other. This particular group is for men only but we will be having social events with partners in the future too.
We hold regular evenings for people with cancer and their partners. In September we held a bbq plus information evening at The Pink Place with Q&A session from Chemo Nurse, Cancer Doctor and our Counsellor for partners.

Ladies and gents with a cancer diagnosis are welcome to join us for an evening of food, talks and support. Partners are welcome to attend too. Meet for a simple meal at Sainsbury's Kempshott Restaurant. You will then have a chance to chat and hear talks and ask questions on a variety of subjects. There will be talks of interest to both those with cancer and their partners.
